Basemap: Data Tracker
The Data Tracking active dialog displays a list of all the data that lies near the last mouse click on the Basemap, including 2D, 3D, well and grid data. This can be used to help you identify and select data. To turn the Data Tracking active dialog on or off, from the View menu on the Basemap, select Active Dialogs, then Data Tracker. You can also move, resize, and undock this dialog.

Selecting Seismic Lines | When you have overlapping seismic data, use the list to select the seismic line that you want included in your seismic display. The current selection will automatically be transferred to the chosen line. Using the Tab key on the keyboard will also move the current selection to the next item in the list. |
Selecting Wells | Click on a well in the list to select the well in another application, such as Well Properties, when there are wells in close proximity on the Basemap. |
Use Pop-up for Overlapping Data | When this is turned on, a dialog box will open when you are selecting seismic for display and there is more than one seismic line close to your mouse click. Select the line that you want from the list, and continue making your line selections. |
